15% Lugol's Iodine with Pipette

15% Max Strength Lugol's Iodine Solution is one of the most effective iodine supplements available.

Lugol's Iodine (also known as Lugol's Solution) was developed by French physician J. G. A. Lugol, who first made the mixture of iodine and potassium iodide in water as an antiseptic and disinfectant. Since then, it is considered the safest source of the element iodine — important for optimum thyroid function, mental clarity and metabolism.

Our Lugol's Solution is made to 15% Max Strength formula.  It is supplied in a cobalt blue glass bottle with a pipette dropper for accurate dispensing.

15% Essential Minerals Max Strength Lugol's Iodine provides:

18.75mg (7.55mg iodine + 11.25mg of potassium iodine) per serving.  Serving Size is 1 drop

Suggested use: Apply 1-4 drops onto the skin for transdermal use or if using the brush applicator, apply a few 1-4 brush strokes on to the skin or affected area.

Internal use: Only take internally after consulting a healthcare professional.

Max dose: Once daily for three weeks.

Iodine erodes the rubber/plastic tip of the glass pipette.  We therefore recommend that if you are going to buy in large quantity you purchase thee screw cap version and then buy a spare pipette.
