INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
 
 
Royal Mail, our preferred mailing partner, recently suffered a cyber attack on there International Shipping Services.  As a result we have experienced a number of issues and have therefore suspended sending International orders via Royal Mail.

Alternative Options:

We are working with new partners to secure the best possible prices, in the meantime all International Orders must be quoted for shipping.

Please contact us if you are an International customer for an up to date shipping cost.  Once you accept the quote, we will provide an invoice for the total cost of your order including shipping which can be paid via credit/debit card or PayPal.

Shipping to Ireland

Since Brexit, we have had extreme difficulty in getting parcels delivered in Ireland.  Despite completing all necessary customs paperwork which is suitable for all other International orders, parcels are still being rejected by Irish customs.  We have had no explanation as to why there is a problem or how to satisfy the customs in Ireland.  Therefore to avoid disappointment and costly postage costs for parcel that never get delivered we have taken the difficult decision to suspend shipping to Ireland.

SERVICE DISRUPTIONS
 

As many of you are already aware, there is on-going industrial action occurring within the Royal Mail and Parcelforce networks.

Unfortunately, no business is immune to the flow on effect this action is having, with the ramifications being felt even more so than usual during the festive season.

On-Going Industrial Action:

It is important to be aware, industrial action is on-going with both Royal Mail and Parcelforce; with no end to the disruptions in sight presently. Currently, the CMU have advised further stop-work action will be taken on the following days:

  • Friday 9th December
  • Sunday 11th December
  • Wednesday 14th December
  • Thursday 15th December
  • Friday 23rd December
  • Saturday 24th December

The following services are impacted as a result:

  • UK - Mainland & Highlands via Parcelforce
  • UK - Northern Ireland via Parcelforce
  • Euro Priority
  • Euro Economy
  • Republic of Ireland 
  • All free shipping options where applicable
  • All Royal Mail services

Please factor delays into your timeline when ordering.

 For customers based in the UK, we can offer other alternative solution at an additional cost. Please contact us and we will provide a tailored quote for your shipment.

We understand these interruptions are frustrating to everyone at the busiest time of the year. Our team are doing their absolute best to despatch orders as quickly as possible and we ask that they are treated with kindness and respect during a difficult phase that is outside of our control.
