We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders up to a maximum weight of 10kg.
We aim to ship all orders placed before 1pm the same or the next day. For orders up to 2kg we ship via Royal Mail and for orders over 2kg we use Parcelforce, UPS or DPD courier service.
Our aim is to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
Due to the current pandemic situation your delivery may take longer than in normal times. This is completely out of our control.
Royal Mail are advising 7-10 working day delays may be possible
Parcelforce, UPS and DPD are advising 4-5 working day delays may be possible.
We ask that in any such event please be patient with us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues asap.
In the event of lost or damaged goods in transit we will always endeavour to resolve these issues quickly.
If your goods do not turn up in the specified time, please simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve any issues.
All our goods are covered by our standard 30 days returns policy. You must notify us that you wish to return the item within 14 days and then return to us within 14 days and the reason for the return. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Postage cost for return may apply.
We can only accept the return of items that are unopened and in their original condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
