Ground Celtic Sea Salt

We have taken our original moist granular 100% natural pure sea salt Celtic Grey Sea Salt and naturally dried it to lock in all the essential minerals and nutrients, then crushed to provide a soft ground salt suitable for uses that require easy melting and dissolving.  It is sustainably harvested every day in summer from the clay beds of French salt marshes. This specific nature gives it its grey colour and its porous, crumbly crystals. During harvesting, the saturated mother waters settle in the grain which traps macro-nutrients and oligo-elements as it dries. The salt is not washed or refined in any way to ensure all the minerals and nutrients are retained.
