Celtic Sea Salt
I heard about celtic sea salt through various health and wellness oriented blogs and groups and this was the first one I tried. I have stuck with it. I didn’t consider myself a salt lover, but this has changed my mind. I know it is full of essential minerals which is why I started using it, but it also adds wonderful, subtle flavour to soups, broths, stews, and many other dishes. I also use a few crystals of it when I drink water. Our food is sadly lacking in minerals due to modern agricultural methods and processes, and this helps put back what has been lost through the ravages of big ag. Its texture and colour is very different to regular table salt, and it is well worth a try.
