Spray five to ten sprays on to the body and massage well into the skin until absorbed. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
Can be applied to anywhere on the body avoiding eyes, we recommend you concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern.
Reapply whenever needed.

Magnesium Oil
After discovering Essential Minerals magnesium oil a few months ago it has cured an issue I had suffering with (an aggravated hamstring), sciatica gone in two days, helped with my sons ASD/ADHD, cured a lady I know of psoriasis and helped countless other friends and family of various ages. Quite simply this product has amazed me how fast it works absorbing into the skin and targeting pain/inflammation. I knew nothing about magnesium until I was sick and was astounded how I literally bounced back overnight! I can’t recommend this product highly enough (I had tried other brands but found those unpleasant on the skin being sticky - the essential minerals oil is like water which is much better!). My father suffers with rhumatoid arthritis and has found huge benefit with reducing the intense joint pain using the oil. It also helps massively with sleep. The list is endless! My advice : always keep some on the shelf.
