Instructions:  Once your existing spray bottle is empty, place bottle on scales, zero the scales and then fill to 100ml

Spray five to ten sprays on to the body and massage well into the skin until absorbed. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.

Can be applied to anywhere on the body avoiding eyes, we recommend you concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. 

Reapply whenever needed.
